The location is excellent. It is near many shops. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The bathroom was big and clean.
The lift only fits two or three people. There is just one lift for the entire place. I forgot my jacket, and sending it back cost 140 euros. That's expensive.

The location was superb near St Mark's Square. I appreciated being so close to many attractions. The staff was very helpful storing luggage before check-in. Breakfast offered variety to begin the day. I found the price-quality ratio fair due to a promotion.
I would have liked a kettle in the room for coffee. It would add convenience I greatly appreciate.

I found the breakfast options quite limited. the room i was assigned initially reeked of mold. It wasn't pleasant. additionally, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns. They didn't seem to care much.

The location is amazing. I found myself just steps from major attractions. Shops like Hermes were in the same building. I also enjoyed breakfast with pastries and cappuccino. A window seat let me watch the streets below, it was a nice view. The lobby offered a cute spot to read, I liked the area.

The breakfast area offered a selection of Italian meats and cheeses, I also had usual continental items. Breakfast was from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and I found that service to be very puntual. The staff keep the buffet fully stocked.

The hotel offers luggage storage, it's open twenty-four hours, I was able to leave my bags after checkout so I could visit more of the city before departure. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed any assistance.

My room included a minibar with several choices for beverages, I liked this amenity. an elegant design with damask wallpaper and ornate furniture. The shower was spacious and the bathroom looked clean to me. I find the design good.
